Stacey-Ann Okoth, MBA, MSN, RN, PCCN, CNML, NEA-BC
Stacey-Ann Okoth is Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President Patient Care Services at UPMC Altoona. Her scope of responsibility includes medical-surgical, critical care, nursing informatics, surgical services, emergency medicine, behavioral health, pharmacy, and trauma.
Stacey-Ann came to UPMC Altoona from Geisinger Holy Spirit in Camp Hill, PA, where she served as associate vice president of nursing. Prior to joining Geisinger Holy Spirit, she was the director of nursing operations at Gettysburg Hospital-WellSpan Health, held faculty positions at York College of Pennsylvania and leadership positions at York Hospital, Hershey Medical Center, Kaiser Health and St. Joseph Health. Stacey-Ann has also served as president of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, Eta Eta Chapter.
Stacey-Ann graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing. She is currently pursuing doctorate studies in psychology at Grand Canyon University. Stacey-Ann holds national certifications in progressive care nursing (PCCN), nurse management leadership (CNML) and board certification in advanced nurse executive (NEA-NC).
